Buy a Plate

The first time you order a specialty license plate, the cost is an additional $37.00 over your regular renewal fee ($12 to the state, and $25 to the Foundation). Each subsequent year, the cost is $27 over the regular renewal fee ($2 to the state, and $25 to the Foundation). You do not have to wait for your renewal period to purchase a new plate.

Twenty-five dollars of the specialty license plate fee may be a tax deductible donation to the Florida Heart Research Foundation. Please consult your tax advisor.
